This week begins in the New Moon phase. We are in a very important month—a month of introspection. The kabbalists explain that in this month, the Creator is closer to us than ever. And this time is meant to help us see where we’ve disconnected from the Lightforce of the Creator, the source of all blessings. We can now receive the spiritual tools necessary to repair things and strengthen our connection to the Light.
The moon in Libra values fairness and harmony. Monday, the moon will conjunct the South Node. It is time for us to develop boundaries. If you find yourself in a situation in which you are compromising who we are for the sake of approval or love, step back and see the whole picture so you can find ways to be a true leader in your community. Leadership is not taken by force; rather, it is cultivated from within. Be true to who you are.
Jupiter is 15 degrees in Taurus, square to Venus in retrograde in Leo. Each sign of the zodiac has 30 degrees, which means Jupiter is exactly in the middle. Taurus and Leo are fixed signs, so at 15 degrees, there is a concentration of what this sign represents. Taurus is an earth sign, very loyal and patient. They desire harmony and lots of love. They also have great taste and enjoy the good life. As a fixed sign, Taurus does not like change or movement. They tend to keep things inside until they simply can’t hold them in any longer, and then there is an explosion. Leo is a fire sign, the sign of the heart, with great love within them. They also love the good life. Leos are very sensitive to respect and honor. When someone disrespects them, it is very hard for them to cope.
Together, these two signs in a square can bring great management skills and the ability to invite abundance. Though, we can also be prone to more stubbornness than usual and resist change and transformation. This is an opportunity to identify where you are not willing to budge. Focus your energy there. Try not to dramatize relationships and situations. Just connect to simple love and care.
Monday evening, the moon moves to Scorpio, another fixed sign. Fixed signs are about preserving energy, and they are not fond of change. Tuesday afternoon can be very emotional. Remember to keep your emotions in check and avoid falling into negativity or judgment.
As the sun moves into Virgo, there is an opposition with Saturn, and we can experience some limitations. Go volunteer, meditate, breathe, or just go dancing. It’s a good week for yoga and moving the energy in the body. By itself, Virgo is a mutable sign all about change, but the sun moves from Leo to Virgo only on Tuesday. Mars in Virgo is in the ending degrees, so the energy at this time goes inward. Take care of your stomach and focus on eating healthy foods.
There is potential for positive transformation in any negative situation, so remember not to judge and focus on the crisis. Instead, know that there is a journey of blessings here. When you experience any kind of challenge, remember there is a message of transformation there. Take this opportunity to find the blessing.
