This week we receive the gift of healing—both physical and mental. Health comes through balance. When we get confused, hold on to pain, feel hate, or want revenge, we damage our body. When we overcome challenges, truly see the blessings in everything, or let go of pain and hate, we nourish our minds and bodies. The kabbalists teach that our bodies and souls are made up of four elements: fire, water, air, and earth. By balancing the elements, we are opening ourselves up for better health.
We start the week at an almost full moon, which is in Sagittarius. Hard aspects with Uranus and Mercury are upon us, so it is important to maintain mental balance and avoid panic or being in crisis mode. Wherever there is a problem, the solution was there first. All we need to do is access it through breath, meditation, and acceptance. This will help us tap into the solution and the Light that surrounds it.
For most of us, mental balance is about setting priorities and the right boundaries. Be clear about where you want to invest your time and energy. By being realistic with yourself, your journey, and your priorities, you can achieve more balance. I highly recommend listening to Monica & Michael Berg’s podcast, Spiritually Hungry, for embracing more practicality in your spiritual journey. Be present in your life, and enjoy who you are and what you have. The process is already perfect.
Saturn retrograde in Pisces gives us the ability to review our wishes and dreams. Saturn is not an easy planet, but here it can help us to balance the intense desire of the square between the Leo and Taurus planets. The kabbalistic Full Moon of Cancer will be on Monday night. The moon in Capricorn slows down emotional processing and suffocates emotions just because they do not appear to be practical. We are not our emotions, but there is a reason why emotions were created. The internal energy of Capricorn is water, and by allowing ourselves to feel all the things, we can connect to the deeper realm of reality.
The Full Moon is considered to be the most positive day of the month; on the other side, there is a tension between the sun and the moon, which are opposite of each other. The sun is in sensitive Cancer, and the moon in the pragmatic Capricorn. It’s a good time to meditate, listen to Kabbalah lectures, or volunteer.
The moon will also conjunct Pluto on Tuesday, July 4th—the American Independence Day. Then the moon moves to idealistic Aquarius. Wednesday night we start an important three-week period of time that is referred to as the days in the compound of the boundaries. During this time, it is better not to start anything major, like getting married, signing important contracts, or buying a house. On the other hand, at this time, we can achieve spiritual greatness. Thursday, the moon is in Aquarius in opposition to Venus and Mars, an axis that can create balance between the head and the heart. Aim to act with human dignity.
