Ready for adulthood? It’s a big transition that can bring about feelings of doubt and confusion. The good news? You are not alone, and there are proven tools and tips that can support you in creating the ‘grownup’ life you want to live. Becoming You is a monthly gathering in which young adults like you come together to explore challenges, share consciousness, and build community. We delve into topics important to young people transitioning into adulthood, including (but not limited to) true self-care, discovering your purpose, societal pressures, building confidence, the power of environment, friendship, and more! Join us each month as we explore kabbalistic tools and teachings that guide us in becoming who we truly want to be. The Kabbalah Centre’s goal is to create an environment for like-minded young adults to come together, learn, connect, and, ultimately, give back to their community and the world in general. We’ve designed this monthly class to be a safe space where young people can explore their curiosity, ask questions, reflect deeply, receive spiritual tools, and grow together, side-by-side.
