During the celestial window known as Tu b’Av, two of our planet’s oldest friends—the sun and the moon—come together to reveal a massive amount of Light. The wisdom of Kabbalah teaches that this cosmic union compels the universe to provide spiritual support for relationships and new beginnings. Any issue in our relationships can be addressed. As such, Tu b’Av is the ideal time to connect with our soul mate, or strengthen our existing relationship, or simply make a new friend. Karen Berg defines ‘soul mates’ as two people willing to work together on the ‘soul’ level, a level in which they are very old friends. Join us on Tu b’Av for a loving connection as we embrace the Light and seek to fortify all of our relationships. ***Dress Code -White (White Party)***
In Kabbalah 1, you learned the basics of the path to fulfillment. In Kabbalah 2, things get personal. Now we begin to delve deeply into advanced topics, striving to fulfill your true purpose through your relationship with yourself, other people, and the Light. Kabbalah 2 gives you the opportunity to work with a teacher one-on-one to help you apply the teachings in a way that’s practical and relevant to your daily life. Join us as we delve into profound concepts from ancient texts, such as the five levels of the soul, and engage in relationship workshops and kabbalistic meditations for transforming your stress into success. This is where we start to truly live Kabbalah.
Kabbalists view Shabbat (the Sabbath) not as a day of rest, but of intense spiritual work and connection. From sunset Friday evening through Saturday night, the kabbalists revealed a system of prayers, songs, meals and reading a portion of the Torah that provide us with the Light and nourishment that cleanses our ego and helps us to manifest our potential.
According to the wisdom of Kabbalah, Shabbat is the most powerful day of the week – a time when the spiritual and physical worlds are united. On Shabbat, we have the opportunity to transform our reality using specific prayers and food to connect to the available cosmic energy. We believe the renewal and restoration available to us during the 24- hours beginning at sundown on Friday night is not a religiously-mandated occurrence, but a cosmically-designated one. When you understand Shabbat in this way, it becomes clear that the special energy is meant for everyone.
