New Moon of Sagittarius

New York - Midtown

The New Moon of Sagittarius creates an opening for blessings and certainty to enter our lives. With a stronger sense of possibility, this is a favorable time to step into discomfort and try something new. Taking healthy risks can bring us a deeper feeling of fulfillment and joy. The energy of Sagittarius supports the manifestation of miracles and positive transformation in your life as you embrace new endeavors and move closer to your highest potential. The kabbalistic calendar is a lunisolar calendar, meaning the months are based on the cycles of the moon, while the years are based on the cycles of the sun. The energy of each month affects us in distinct ways. The New Moon Connection offers us an opportunity to deepen our awareness of the influence each astrological sign has on our lives. Learn special meditations that assist us in using the specific energy of the month to make better choices, so we benefit from a month of greater harmony and fulfillment.

Shabbat Yitro
Jan 25

The Torah portion, Yitro, begins with the words, “...and Yitro listened.” When Yitro (or Jethro) heard about the miracles the Creator performed on behalf of the Israelites, he abandoned his position as a priest in the dark arts to begin his journey toward the Light. His actions are a powerful reminder of the importance of listening to others with an open heart, and setting judgment aside, even when we think we are right. This is also the portion that revealed the Ten Utterances – the great spiritual energy of redemption. Please join us for a unique Shabbat experience filled with love and Light. Together with Kabbalah teachers and fellow students, we can connect to the energy of the Ten Utterances and the act of listening to others with a generous spirit. Don’t miss this powerful time to elevate our collective consciousness and bring more Light into the world.
