Astrology Forecast for July 17-23, 2016

Hi everyone! So here we are! Right in the middle of the month of lunar Cancer! Hopefully we all feel more mellow and empathetic, thanks to the flood of feelings this month provides!

This week is possibly one of the most powerful weeks of the year! It is actually celebrated and emphasized in the Kabbalah Centres all around the world!

Why? What is so special about it?

Let’s first take a look at the chart of this week.

We are in for a big surprise: the cosmos has slowly morphed from water (… At the new Moon, remember?) to… fire! Many planets are currently in impatient Sagittarius, including the Moon, while Mercury and Venus are conjunct in fiery Leo. I am sure we are all feeling a little extra wired these days!

In addition to all this restless fire, the Sun is in opposition to Pluto, Venus is in trine to Saturn, and Chiron the Healer occupies a powerful position, in the 1^st astrological house .

How does this all add up?

On one hand, we are asked to move forward like a fire, on the other to slow down with Pluto and Saturn positions.

It feels like start-stop, start-stop….

In fact, the cosmic lesson of this week is about thought processes: The source and seed level of all issues in our lives is our thought!

Meaning, tell me how you think, I will tell you what will happen in the future!

This week is the perfect illustration of this!

Here is why:

When we act impulsively and rebelliously(Sagittarius moon!), or when we are emotionally heavy, and all feels so difficult (Pluto in opposition to the Sun), when we listen to our desire to be recognized (Venus and Mercury in Leo!), this is when problems start popping up, and they could result in DIS–EASE (read: absence of flow – as shown with Chiron in Pisces retrograde)!

We know from the Sefer Yetzirah (Book of Formation, the first known written astrological work of Kabbalah circa 3000 BC), that the source of the illness cancer has its seed level in the month of Cancer! What does it refer to?

The processing of our emotions is the strongest during the month of Cancer, the way we respond and attend to them, how well we control them, will determine health or illness.

Our teacher Rav Berg explained: "look at the way cancerous cells act, they are no longer willing to be a part of an organ or a tissue, they rebel and start their own thing, and that rebellion will in the end lead to their death! No matter, they are still doing it!"

What are we to do practically?

This week, we want to truly open our eyes to our thought processes, as well as the way we feel about the things we see, and most importantly we need to realize that many of our emotions are completely unjustified, or simply, unreal!

This is a week to look at facts, to observe our behaviors, and stretch outside of ourselves to help and heal other people! The vaccine to all illnesses is always in sharing, and the cosmos will pinpoint in others a behavior that already exists in US.

Helping another is attending to ourselves!

Let’s get ready for a week of many revelations, deeper understanding of our karma (tikkune!), and let's make sure that this whole week, we are involved in bringing Light and compassion to others, as opposed to isolating ourselves, and doing things impulsively, "our way".
