Shabbat is a time to come together in joy with a community of warm, like-minded individuals sharing laughter, songs, and delicious kosher food. Come experience the merriment of a Shabbat meal and connection with us while you get to know your fellow Kabbalah Centre students. All are welcome!
Kabbalists view Shabbat (the Sabbath) not as a day of rest, but of intense spiritual work and connection. From sunset Friday evening through Saturday night, the kabbalists revealed a system of prayers, songs, meals and reading a portion of the Torah that provide us with the Light and nourishment that cleanses our ego and helps us to manifest our potential.
Once a year, the energy of protection is showered upon us during Sukkot. This time zone allows us to transform our desires into blessings for the year ahead. On this holiday, we gather under a sukkah, a temporary shelter, to join with others in celebration as we renew a loving consciousness for humanity. It is said by the ancient kabbalists that Sukkot is a time for connecting with the energy of mercy, drawing protection to ourselves and the world for the entire year. Join us as we come together for the unique energy of Sukkot to bring peace, harmony, and protection for the year to come.
