Lesson Description

Kabbalists have taught that our mouth is what sustains our life. It’s the tool we use to eat and drink, and it also sustains the soul. The Zohar speaks of the mouth and the words we say as what opens or closes gates of fulfilment in our life. In this lesson, Yehuda starts this course by being silent for 1.5 minutes, which emphasizes the power of silence and the opportunity for self-reflection before speaking.
