Lesson Description

The New Moon is considered to be the seed level for the rest of the month. It is on this day that we gather to learn about the influence of the month with a lecture specific to the energy of the coming month. By meditating on the DNA sequences that created each month we can tap into the positive aspects of each month and avoid the negative aspects we may otherwise encounter. The month of Sagittarius was created by the letters Samech which created the sign of Sagittarius and the letter Gimel which created the planet Jupiter.

About This Course

The Kabbalistic Calendar is based on both the sun and moon and as a result differs from the Gregorian Calendar. The kabbalists reveal that each month presents us with a set of positive aspects and obstacles. By learning about the energy of the coming month and connecting through kabbalistic meditations on Rosh Chodesh or the New Moon, we can plant a positive seed for the month ahead.
