Lesson Highlights

  • The third book of Moses connects to Binah, the storehouse of Light and fulfillment
  • Vayikra means “called”: why was the Light calling Moses
  • The next eight weekly portions speak of the first day of Nisan (Aries)
  • The tabernacle allowed all people to connect to the Light
  • Hearing the Light which constantly calls us
  • Basing our thoughts on our lack or on hearing the Light
  • The letters of Vayikra also spell “favorite”: Moses heard the Light calling not compliments and praises
  • Entitlement and self-praise prevent us from hearing the Light
  • Small Hebrew letter aleph in this portion assists us in reducing entitlement
  • Detecting entitlement: anger, frustration, disappointment, judgmental thoughts
  • Overcoming fear versus diminishing entitlement
  • Korban (sacrifices) comes from two words meaning “waging war” and “getting closer”
  • Consciousness creates reality
  • Eliminating the time and space between thoughts and manifestation
  • Defining consciousness
  • The acronym melech (king/ruler): Machshava (thoughts/consciousness) rules over Lev (heart/emotions) which rules over Kaved (liver/anger)
  • Being overly rational usually hides fear and is a concealed way of being ruled by emotions
  • The opponent tries to mess up the correct order of consciousness ruling over emotions
  • Real free will is in shifting our consciousness
  • Observing consciousness
  • Using tools to strengthen our consciousness
  • Identifying our intention
  • Real consciousness must manifest in the One percent
  • The First Twelve Days of Aries

Lesson Description

In the study of Vayikra, Eitan explores how entitlement and self-praise diminish our ability to hear messages from the Light.  By examining our consciousness and intentions, we can strengthen our ability to hear the ever-present calling of the Light.
