Lesson Highlights

  • Using the technology of the red heifer to rid ourselves of impurities
  • If we allow the energy of judgment to touch our ego, it can help us to confront our garbage and can result in positive energy of giving
  • We must be willing to truly feel the pain of others if we are interested in truly helping them
  • Striving to overcome our self-destructive tendencies
  • Constantly working towards letting down our guard and trusting people
  • Connecting to the energies of righteous souls who have completed their tikun

Lesson Description

In our day to day lives, we can often feel judgmental of other people, or feel others negatively judging us.  By putting ourselves in other people’s shoes and truly striving to feel and even absorb some of their pain, we build up our vessel and connect to the Energy of Giving.  In this class, Eitan discusses the three columns of the soul and delves into the consciousness behind several aspects of human interaction.
