Kabbalists teach that the olive oil used to light the menorah in the Holy Temple was made from a cold-pressed process in which the olives are pounded and pounded until all that is left is the purest oil.
In this lecture on the portion of Tetzaveh, Karen reveals how we too are being cold-pressed in order to bring out the purest Light inside of us.
Doubt is the greatest enemy to our spiritual growth, yet it’s something we all encounter. We may be experiencing doubt when we find ourselves feeling spiteful, angry, or that something is unfair. The core of any doubt is doubting the existence of the Light in everything. Our growth is to realize everything we encounter is from the Light, and for our benefit. Through this week’s energy we're supported to separate ourselves from our doubts, and begin to see the collateral beauty in everything.
