In this lecture, Karen explains how we can remove negativity from our lives and the world in a proactive way. She shows us that although we are not always in control of the challenges we face, we have the power in how we choose to react to them.
The struggle between the Positive and the Negative is a constant battle; half the battle is knowing it exists. Throughout this week, strive to become more aware of this struggle within yourself, strengthening your positive traits in order to overcome the negative side.
