During this class you will deepen together with Esther, which are the main reasons why we stop believing in ourselves.
Self-esteem is defined in the Oxford Dictionary as "confidence in one’s own worth or abilities; self-respect." From a kabbalistic point of view, self-esteem comes from the recognition and belief in both the Light of one’s own soul and the Light of the Creator. It is directly connected to authenticity; how in touch with, and comfortable we are in expressing our unique desires, values, and Light. In this course, we explore a variety of kabbalistic topics connected to self-esteem, including: the thought of creation, paradox consciousness, the dangers of perfectionism, love versus need, and more! Join us for an empowering course as we discover fundamental tools and engage in deep study and practical workshops for improving and maintaining self-esteem.
