Lesson Highlights

  • The Light is our Mikveh
  • Exposing all our negative actions to have them cleansed by the Light
  • Moses represents the connection to wisdom
  • The Light is there all the time
  • The purpose of the spiritual work is removing the barriers we have created (through negative actions and words) that prevent our connection to the Light

Lesson Description

Shabbat Shuva or Shabbat of the Return happens between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, and its purpose is to help us connect with the Light. Michael Berg reminds us the importance of actively and constantly seeking the connection with the Light.

About This Course

We each have a narrative about ourselves, what we need to work on versus what our gifts and talents are. What if you chose to see things differently? This week’s energy supports us to change how we perceive our seemingly negative traits. We can look within and transform what we saw as our limitations into pathways that benefit ourselves and those around us.
