About This Course

On Yom Kippur, we refrain from certain activities of the body and become, for a moment, like angels. In this heightened state we are stripped of illusion. We have the ability to see things as they truly are and invite the energy of pure goodness into our lives. The energy of Yom Kippur is powerful and can transform us into more giving, sharing, and caring individuals for the year to come. This unique time zone offers each of us an opportunity to increase our capacity to give and receive love. These lectures were recorded on Yom Kippur 2018 in Israel and New York.
