Lesson Highlights

  • Va’etchanan means to beg and refers to Moses teaching us to pray with true humility
  • Shabbat Nachamu is called the portion of consolation as it occurs right after the most negative days of the year
  • Idolatry means making the source of our fulfillment something else besides of the Endless Light
  • The book of Deuteronomy is the last book of the Torah, and it has the ability to heal spiritually and physically
  • We are never far from where we are meant to be
  • The Light always gives us the energy boost that we need
  • Never stop praying to the Light
  • Awakening humility to recognize that the Light is the one who is giving us the blessings, not our work or actions
  • Our actions never add up to the amount of blessings we constantly receive

Lesson Description

The portion of Va’etchanan reminds us that we are never too far from the Light, and that we always get the opportunities and assistance to cleanse all the negativity of the past. In this class, we are reminded of the importance of building appreciation for all the blessings we receive from the Light at all time.

About This Course

The Weekly Energy Boost explores each portion of the Zohar, guiding us on how to benefit from their energy for a more fulfilling life experience. The Zohar is the ancient kabbalistic text that decodes the Torah’s hidden messages and insights. These classes tap into those secrets in a more practical way for our time and era of personal transformation.
