Originally from Israel, Avraham Barkan began studying at the Kabbalah Centre in 1994, when he was handed a flyer for an Intro Lecture. That was a turning point in his life, as only one year later he decided to become a full-time Kabbalah Centre volunteer.
Avraham was immediately attracted to both the energy of Kabbalah and the completeness of knowledge that it offers. Its spiritual teachings laid the foundation for his life’s mission – to bring certainty to others in finding and living their life’s true direction.
Prior to being a teacher since 2006, Avraham worked in the early stages of what became Student Support, as well as in book distribution and publishing. Currently teaching and living in New York with his wife, he has also taught and lectured in Los Angeles and Miami.
