As President and CEO of Spirituality for Kids and mother of five, Michal Berg is committed to bringing spiritual programs to parents and children everywhere. Michal discovered the Kabbalah Centre when she was just 16. Inspired by Karen Berg's vision of providing children with universal spiritual tools to help them discover their potential, Michal continually explores new ways to support and engage families in spiritual dialogue. In directing Spirituality for Kids she ensures the integrity of the content and finds ways to bring it to as many children as possible.
Michal also gives lectures on the topic of spirituality for parents, connecting with mothers and fathers who are passionate about developing a mindful foundation for raising their children. In these talks she shares her insights, her own experiences, and what she has learned from communicating with parents around the world. It is Michal’s deepest belief that not only do parents assist in the spiritual development of their kids, but that children play a significant role in a parent’s spiritual growth. The website at www.SpiritualityforKids.com and Michal’s weekly blog called “Spirituality for Parents” on that website offer inspiring new ways to develop spiritual consciousness in children and parents alike.
Though no longer with The Kabbalah Centre, Michal lives in Los Angeles and continues to teach parents and children as the President and CEO of Spirituality for Kids.

Kabbalists view Shabbat (the Sabbath) not as a day of rest, but of intense spiritual work and connection. From sunset Friday evening through Saturday night, the kabbalists revealed a system of prayers, songs, meals and reading a portion of the Torah that provide us with the Light and nourishment that cleanses our ego and helps us to manifest our potential.
Shabbat is a time to come together with the Kabbalah community in celebration and song, as we share a meaningful meal. We close the week mindfully, while setting intentions and sowing seeds for an abundant week ahead. Join us for a rejuvenating evening as you experience the transformative power of a Shabbat meal with our vibrant community.
