Helping is an art. It’s not always easy to know when to give and when to step aside, when someone needs our assistance or when they actually don’t—or maybe don’t even want our help regardless of our wanting to share it. Sometimes our ego can get in the way even if our intentions are good, in which case our help is not really of help. Sometimes we are so eager to “save” others that we don’t even recognize if it’s the right thing to do. Hence, to truly be of help, we must acknowledge our limitations as well. Join us for an inspiring seminar as we explore the kabbalistic definitions of true helping and true sharing and how we can apply this knowledge in our everyday lives. Learn the difference between “fixing” someone’s problems and truly helping, how to identify our role in helping, how to be conscious of the bigger picture when offering assistance, and more.
