TOPIC: CONNECT TO YOUR PURPOSE THROUGH THE 7 GATES MEDITATION

In this session, we will embark on a transformative journey, peeling away the seven layers surrounding our soul—passing through the 7 gates—to gain clarity and receive messages about our soul's purpose. Using the 7 Kabbalistic Mantras, we will create openings within to facilitate this deeper connection.

The goal of the Sound Meditation Experience is to help you feel, sense, and connect with your inner self, guiding you to a place of greater certainty and trust in your soul's journey.

It's recommended to bring the following items:

• Eye cover – to disconnect from outside distractions
• Yoga mat – for added comfort if you prefer to lie down
• Blanket – in case you feel cold during the meditation
