1. No choice = no intention
2. Choice = No intention
3. No choice = Intention
4. Choice = Intention (the ultimate level of desire that reveals Light)

• Each one of us is constantly pushed to awaken through pain, difficult situations and chaos
• Identifying the Soul desire and the physical/body desire
• Reflecting in which areas of our life we are focusing on the body/material desires, and inject restriction to transform it
• We don’t have to be driven by instant gratification, we can use the kabbalistic tools to awaken restriction and a true desire for the Light
• When we don’t clearly see what we need to transform, life pushes us to see through painful situations
