On 1 March 2011 at Grosvenor House in London, two dynamic women lead a discussion on the Power of Peace—how peace on a global scale becomes possible when each one of us takes action to create peace in our own lives. Bearing in mind the recent crisis facing Egypt and its people, this burgeoning appeal for a new personal stance on peace could not materialize at a more relevant time, especially with the combined effort of these two powerful advocates at its helm. Karen Berg, director of The Kabbalah Centre and founder of Success for Kids and Kids... Read More
As global interest in Kabbalah escalates, our Student Support and Kabbalah Centre activities have been extended to meet the growing demand. Kabbalah Centre activity throughout Africa has opened up this year. For the first time ever, Kabbalah seminars were hosted in Ghana. Students from the growing Cameroon study group are benefitting from more frequent classes, and a recent introductory event attracted 40 newcomers. A nationwide annual report reveals that the top ten problems facing upper elementary, middle and high school students in the U.S. today are stress, bullying, depression, family problems, fighting, peer pressure, drugs, cheating, cutting/self-injury, suicide, pregnancy, eating disorders, alcohol usage, dropping out, threats of violence, and weapons.  Imagine a school where bullying and peer pressure don’t exist.  Imagine a school that confronts these problems by promoting human dignity, respect, and unconditional sharing in the children’s daily academic curriculum.  Imagine an entire student body that understands not just how to get ahead in life, but why their success and happiness is crucial for the survival of the entire world.  This is the Kabbalah Children’s Academy. The Kabbalah Children's Academy (KCA) first opened in Los Angeles in 1996, and was founded on the belief that when... Read More

On January 12, 2010 a massive earthquake and its aftershocks led to widespread destruction in Haiti. The local government estimates that there were more than 250,000 deaths and 300,000 injuries, surpassing the impact of the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami. Project Haiti was launched to aid in the recovery of those affected, by providing medical care, clean water, and Pinchas Zohars. This effort has been made possible through a network of partnerships involving volunteers and international relief organizations, such as Food For The Poor, 2life18, and Partners In Health. During February of this year, Project Haiti worked with Partners In Health (PIH) to fund five mobile clinics at campgrounds for displaced people in the capital of Port-au-Prince. An estimated 700,000 to 1,000,000 Haitians have sought shelter in hundreds of tent city resettlement camps. These... Read More

There are currently 142 Zohar Project teams in 90 cities around the world donating Zohars to local organizations. The general response from Zohar recipients over the last year has been very moving. After receiving a Troop Care package with mini Pinchas Zohars, a soldier stationed in Afghanistan writes “A few weeks back I received a package from you with some candy and two little Zohar books. I just want to say thanks from the bottom of my heart. It meant a lot. Thanks for being an angel and sending this to me.” Perhaps the next time you are stopped at the intersection, waiting for a fire truck to pass through you may think “I wonder if they have a Zohar?” Thanks to your local Zohar Project team, it’s very possible they do. You could be boarding a plane, and wonder whether the airline or flight crew have Zohars. Thanks... Read More

In his introduction to the book, Tree of Life, Rav Ashlag begins with a forceful call to humanity, beseeching us to make Kabbalah available to the masses.  Rav Ashlag writes, “The Zohar says that only through its Light will the redemption come, an end to pain, suffering, war and death.  Only through the dissemination of the wisdom of Kabbalah to as many people as possible will we merit the complete redemption.  Neither the individual nor the world can come to the purpose to which they were created unless the supernal secrets of Kabbalah are revealed.  We desperately need a great spreading of this wisdom of truth amongst all people so that we will be able to receive the Light that is the great and final redemption.  We are obligated to set up places of study, write books, and do...

“Everything has an internal aspect and an external aspect.  Every person for instance has a soul and a body.  In the universe there are the secrets, and there are the mundane, unimportant aspects.  In the world, there are those who are trying to build and those who are trying to destroy.  When a person strengthens his appreciation for his soul and gives most of his time and effort to growing the internal aspect within himself and others, he strengthens the cause of those concerned with making our world more perfect, and he diminishes the power of those desiring to destroy and kill.  Do not be surprised that an individual through his own actions causes the elevation or lowering of the entire world, for this is the spiritual law, the individual and the collective are intertwined.  The individual’s actions certainly affect the entire world.  Through this you can understand why the Zohar says that... In the midst of such chaos in my life, I have been able to find peace through studying Kabbalah. Without any doubts whatsoever, I would highly recommend anyone to call. I am so thankful for The Kabbalah Centre, because it has made all the difference in my spiritual growth and development.

- Susan Perry Simpson

Kabbalah is the best gift I have had this year. But it did not come easy. It is a result of a lot of hard, focused, and disciplined work my teacher guided me through. Often I had to go out of my comfort zone to apply the tools. But the satisfaction and confidence I now feel is indescribable.

- Sam Parnaso

Now I look back and question what exactly I did and how I managed without these teachings in my life.
