The Kabbalah Centre is excited to introduce a new initiative – Empowerment Through Kabbalah: A Spiritual Lens on Recovery – designed to help individuals navigate the challenges of addiction recovery through a spiritual approach. Rooted in the wisdom of Kabbalah, it’s a transformative journey supporting one’s sobriety and self-discovery that supplements traditional recovery principles with powerful spiritual tenets.

A 10-week course intended as a complement to existing recovery methodologies, such as the 12-step program, outpatient services, and psychiatry, Empowerment Through Kabbalah offers a unique spiritual perspective based on the teachings of Kabbalah. Participants will receive personalized guidance from dedicated Kabbalah Centre teachers and mentors, offering the support needed to thrive on the path to wellness and recovery. As participants progress through subsequent courses, they'll have the opportunity to be paired with course graduate mentors, mirroring the supportive dynamic found in Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) sponsorship. The Empowerment Through Kabbalah program adheres to strict guidelines, creating a safe and nurturing environment where content delivery seamlessly intertwines with the sharing format of AA meetings. Here, participants are encouraged to express themselves freely, without fear of judgment or interruption, fostering a sense of community and solidarity on the journey to recovery. Kabbalah teaches that every single person on earth is meant to live a happy, fulfilling life -- and that it's within our power to create that life.
