This year, our Rosh Hashanah services will be held at the iconic, art deco hotel, the New Yorker. The New Yorker Hotel has dazzled visitors with its gorgeous decor and exceptional service since its construction in 1929, during the height of the Jazz Age.

As a historic hotel, each and every room is unique, with a different size and decor. Since our guest rooms are limited, we are adopting a “first-book, first choice” policy, whereby requests will be attended to in the order complete reservations are submitted, without other biases or preferences.

LODGING

Lodging reservations will be made with The New Yorker Hotel. All reservations must be made through The Kabbalah Centre registration process. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

LARGER ROOM OPTION

A good portion of the New Yorker Hotel rooms are quite small (and cozy). We will be offering the opportunity to upgrade to a larger room for a small fee. Upgrades will be based on inventory, and are limited.

SUITES

New York Suites are available for an additional $150 per night. Suites are limited. For more information, please contact Dani Deering at ddeering@executivevents.com.

EXTRA NIGHTS

Added nights on the front and back end of the event are available at a rate of $310/night (inclusive of tax and resort fees). Additional nights can only be added to Full Event Lodging Packages.

PAYMENT PLAN

The payment plan is designed for credit card payments ONLY. Only one credit card may be used. Those participating in the payment plan will be charged a $50 fee. Your payments will be divided equally based on the number of months you have booked in advance. The last payment will be processed on September 1st (i.e., if you register in June, you will be charged 1/4 on the date you register, 1/4 on July 1st, 1/4 on August 1st, and 1/4 on September 1st).

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 100% refund will be granted for registrations cancelled by August 11, 2017, less a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after this date. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent via fax to 303-530-2691 or emailed to Elizabeth Taggart at etaggart@executivevents.com.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER AUGUST 11, 2017.
