• Internal Light (Or Pnimi) and Surrounding Light (Or Makif)
• Internal Light: a small amount of Light that the receiver should receive manifested in the purest Vessel of the receiver
• Surrounding Light: the remaining Light that should be received that the Vessel cannot receive due to difference of form, the Desire to Recieve for the Self Alone remains in the receiver
• The pain of the giver
• What students do not receive, teachers prepare
• The Ari, Rav Chaim Vital and Rav Ashlag: the process of revelation
• Binding by Striking: Surrounding Light purifies the Vessel so it can handle more Light
• Connecting to Or Makif: Jumping for leves befond us; How much of our work, study, and certainty is beyond us?
• Two distinct ways to feel the Light of the Creator: 1. Receiving within the Vessel (Internal Light) 2. Receiving in the external aspects of the Vessel (Surrounding Light)
• The Vessel only recieves in Bechina Dalet. Bechinah Alef, Bet, and Gimel are the cause of Bechina Dalet (the Fourth Phase)
• Bechina Dalet is the internal part of the Vessel. The first 3 phases are the "walls of the Vessel"
