Born and raised in New York, Kate discovered Kabbalah while studying Psychology and Religious Studies at New York University. It was there that she embarked on a spiritual search, trying to uncover truths about our world and searching for ways to connect to the Creator that felt authentic. When she began exploring Kabbalah, the wisdom immediately resonated as truth. Kate credits it with not only changing her life, but saving it, and is constantly surprised by the ways kabbalistic tools and teachings continue to help her heal, grow, and thrive.
In 2022, after several years of working for the Centre in various capacities, Kate became a Kabbalah Centre teacher and chevre. She loves working with children and teens in particular, finding inspiration in their sincerity and curiosity. She is passionate about helping young people learn to navigate the world with more self-love, confidence, and the spiritual tools to handle any challenge. Kate strives to make Kabbalah feel unique and personal to every student.
Kate currently lives in New York with her husband and daughter, helps manage the Roots (Youth) Program for Kabbalah Centre International and works as a certified birth doula CD(DONA), in addition to teaching youth.
