Lesson Highlights

  • We feel jealous and envious because we lack appreciation for what we already have
  • Greed and need for honor are attributes of someone with a weak will, small desire, and great lack
  • To achieve something we have to stay focused on it with a strong will and determination
  • Focusing on one task and goal at a time
  • Losing confidence in ourselves is worse than losing everything
  • The Light created everything with its opposite
  • Chaos and destruction only happens where human beings are
  • The Planet seeks balance from the damage that humanity causes
  • Human beings must have restriction
  • All the laws of the Torah are cause and effect to support restriction of our reactivity
  • The Light never punishes or rewards
  • Caring for the Planet involves healthy decisions for the good of all

Lesson Description

Rav Ashlag explains that the responsibility for the correction of all creation lies in the actions of every human being. In this lesson, Meir Yeshurun emphasizes that people who really care about the Planet, don’t mind getting out of their comfort zone.

About This Course

Rav Ashlag, the founder of The Kabbalah Centre, was a visionary pioneer. He stood in the face of opposition and made it his mission to plead the case of studying this wisdom. Over the past few years more of Rav Ashlag’s writings have been making their way to the Kabbalah Centre. These new writings, which contain Rav Ashlag’s thoughts and explanations on a variety of topics are being brought to the public for the first time in this class. Join Senior Instructor Meir Yeshurun for this in-depth study of one of the most difficult, yet profound Kabbalistic texts and reveals the essence and central focus of our spiritual work.
