Under the influence of Aries, we can hold the belief system that our value is derived from the recognition and appreciation we get from those around us. It’s no wonder that astrologers commonly say that the motto of Aries is “I am, therefore I am.” When operating from this place, we can become a victim from situations where we are not given the recognition we want.
Today, we have the opportunity to uproot this belief system and thereby change what we experience, bringing ourselves back into at-one-ment with the Source. Ultimately, the only recognition that will truly fulfill us is our recognition of the spark of God within us and within each person.
Before you begin the cleansing process, take a moment to recognize if and how this shows up in your life, and remember that what you own, you can change.
1. Acknowledge that you are 100% responsible for everything that happens in your life.
2. Petition the Creator to help you in this process.
3. Meditate on the letters Vav Hey Vav (see below) to uproot your belief that your value depends on the attention and recognition you get from people.
4. Meditate on the letters Hey Hey Ayin (see below) to infuse yourself with the love that flows from the Creator throughout the entire universe.
5. Thank the Creator for allowing you this process.
You can repeat this process as many times as you want or need to during the day, especially when and if you find yourself in a situation where you are reacting like an Aries.
