Rav Berg explains that while a literal reading of the Biblical story of Acharei Mot may lead to the conclusion that the death of the two sons of Aaron, Nadav and Avihu, was a punishment for disobeying the Creator, Nadav and Avihu were in fact highly elevated souls, or tzadikim. The Rav goes on to explain that through the death of tzadikim, negativity is annulled and removed from this world.
